This week we are bringing you another topic for Family Week: New Research. A big part of the work that we do is keeping up on new trends and a more advanced understanding of performance and wellness. All things medicine and training are constantly evolving as we learn more about how the body works. With that in mind, the FMR Team is getting together to discuss concepts that each of us has found both interesting and worthy of sharing with the FMR audience.


As always, you can have a role in the conversation too! Have you heard any ideas about nutrition, movement, or stress management from friends or family? How about an article that you read online or saw on social media? Maybe you have a myth you want us to confirm or bust? Perhaps you’ve been wondering about an issue that you have and want to know if we can help with it. Whatever your question or comment is ask away and we’ll answer as well as we can!
