Last Family Week, Ali discussed a research study that suggested that a high-protein breakfast is the best way to start the day if you're looking to prevent weight gain, ditch cravings, and keep hunger levels under control. It sparked conversation about breakfast, and whether or not it really is "the most important meal of the day". If it really is, how do alternative meal patterns like intermittent fasting fit into a healthy lifestyle?
