High-Intensity Interval Training

This week we are going to discuss HIIT training - high-intensity interval training! People love this way of training because it can be incredibly efficient, time-saving, and easy to implement. In a world where the day can be long and challenging enough, how is having an exercise option like that not appealing?!


Therefore, we will use this discussion to introduce you to HIIT training and give you ideas to consider if this is appropriate and/or appealing to you. We are going to dive into:

3) Who may be appropriate for HIIT workouts

4) How to introduce this style of training safely and intentionally into your routine
