What better time for some girl talk? Alex, Lindsay, and Ali share their experiences as female athletes, the struggles and the joys. Of course, they'll talk period health and how it is impacted by diet and exercise. Listen up for tips on what to eat (and not eat) during different phases of your cycle, a discussion about menstrual irregularities, and answers to some of the questions they get asked most often.
