Getting Back on Track

Let’s be honest, starting to workout again after a hiatus isn’t always the easiest, but it also doesn’t have to be a mountain that is impossible to climb. We can fall off the bandwagon for a variety of reasons – and it happens to the large majority of us for one reason or another. But as we have mentioned the last few weeks on the podcast, now is also the perfect time to get back to exercising and taking control of a piece of this crazy 2020!
