This Fuel Week, we are discussing fad diets, toxic diet culture, and an alternative to help encourage you to live as free and fit as possible!


Summer is upon us, and talk of "hot girl summer" and "bikini bodies" is LOUD. It's easy to get caught up in the diet mentality, but dieting itself...not so easy. Did you know that most dieters actually gain back more weight than they lost? Across the board, diets don't show long-term results. Let's break down some of the most popular fad diets together - What's all the hype? What does it mean? Why won't it work?


After de-bunking some diet myths, we'll discuss how to actually look, feel, and be your best!
