For this week's "Move Week," we are continuing our conversation on breathing!


Now that some of the breathing basics have been discussed, we get to dive into some of the more fun and interesting topics of how to use breathing to your advantage in exercise and performance.


We will cover topics including:

  • Breathing strategies and techniques for aerobic versus strength-based activities

  • Commonly used breath-work training techniques

  • Evidence on the use of masks and exercise

  • Warning signs of when you might need help
