Lindsay Malone, MS, RDN, CSO, LD

Lindsay Malone became interested in nutrition while training for her first marathon shortly after graduating from college. That experience led her to an MS in Public Health Nutrition and a decade of experience in healthcare and higher education, helping the public and health professionals understand and apply a food as medicine approach. She believes that nutrition does not stand alone as a lifestyle determinant of health but is influenced by other factors, including genetics, the microbiome, stress, movement, sleep, mindfulness, culture, and life experiences.
